Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about supporting student success? Student Disability Services (SDS) is seeking graduate students to serve as exam proctors for the Alternative Testing Program during the 2026–2027 academic year.
Why This Role Matters
As an SDS Proctor, you play a vital role in creating an equitable testing environment. You’ll help ensure that students with approved exam accommodations, such as extended time or reduced-distraction settings, can demonstrate their knowledge in a fair and supportive space.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and actively proctor accommodated exams
- Ensure academic integrity and uphold testing standards
- Assist students with basic, non-content questions
- Coordinate with SDS and course staff
- Manage exam materials before, during, and after testing
Flexible & Student-Friendly
- Choose exams that fit your schedule
- Commit to at least 2 exams per week
- Weekly assignments based on your availability
- Up to 20 hours per week (student employment max)
Compensation
- Highly competitive pay rate
- Paid training (Canvas-based course completed within 1 week of hire)

Eligibility
- Open to graduate students only
- Must be able to commit to proctoring exams 2-6 hours in length
- Must have availability during the academic day (M-F, 8am-4:30pm)
