How to Contact Us

The best way to get in touch with us is by email or phone.

See below for emails for specific questions

We can respond to inquiries during our business hours (8:30am-5pm weekdays, unless Cornell is closed).

If we are not able to address your question by phone or email, we may invite you to meet with our staff for a discussion.

To Submit Documentation

You can fax it to: 607-255-1562 or submit via SDS Online Services. It can also be mailed to us.

If your documentation is from Cornell Health, you can sign a release for them to send it to us for you. Send a message in your MyCornellHealth portal to “Health Records” to start that process. We do not have access to those records unless you follow their process.

Office Location

We are located on level 5 of the Cornell Health building, in the “Student Advocacy Suite.”

Cornell Health is located at 110 Ho Plaza. There is Parkmobile parking available at the building. Please note that our building’s hours are different than when our staff are available for calls or emails, and the building’s hours change throughout the year.

We do not do walk-in appointments or meetings, nor do we generally have staff available for walk-in questions.
